CLE 2117 Conflict Management in Ministry

This course examines conflict in the local church and equips leaders to minister effectively amid it. It focuses on a biblical understanding of conflict, identifying its causes, and developing strategies for prevention and resolution. Participants will learn assessment tools, pastoral interventions for redemptive management, and ways to minimize destructive outcomes.
